No Like most online retailers, we’re based in a warehouse rather than a shop so for safety reasons we can’t really allow viewings or collections. However, we’re really strict with our grading system and our dispatch is very quick. Collections can be made at our office location, please call in advance so that we can prepare the item for you.
All of our items will include a charger and Usb cable if applicable. A new item comes with all original accessories.

We sell devices covering all the Major UK Networks. When using the product selection, pick the network that is available for that particular product. If the network your looking for, does not appear in the selection it means we do not have that devise in at the moment. But be sure to check again as we are always getting new stock all the time.
Yes it is possible, we have a paid service that can check whether or not your Devise is eligible for unlocking. If this is something you would like to do please get in touch with us.
EE locked products will certainly work with both an Orange and TMobile SIM. However, it’s not always certain that an Orange locked product will work with a TMobile SIM and vise versa. It’ll be worth contacting your network provider to see if this is the case.

It's ok, we receive lots of stock on a continuous basis. We don’t order to demand and we receive stock on an “as and when” basis which means it’s difficult to pin point exactly when we’ll receive a specific product. We do have the facility to take pre orders, deposits or to hold stock for customers.

As we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, orders placed before 2pm on a Friday are only guaranteed to be delivered on the following Monday before 1pm. In our experience Royal Mail occasionally deliver on a Saturday however, this is not guaranteed. Royal Mail don’t deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery times vary for large orders and busy periods.
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are shipped same day Via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary for large orders and busy periods. However if an order is placed via express delivery before 2pm on the same day will be shipped for guaranteed delivery the following working day before 1pm.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to dispatch our products in the UK and Royal Mail International tracked & Signed for European orders. Your delivery will be insured and delivery is very quick. Delivery methods may vary for larger orders.

If your order has been dispatched and you’ve received a Royal Mail tracking number you can find detailed information on the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail Track and Trace website . If your delivery has failed and you haven’t heard from Royal Mail, you’ll need to contact them and arrange redelivery or collection.
If you suspect that the package has been tampered with, you shouldn’t accept it from Royal Mail. If you believe the product has been damaged in the post, please follow the instructions on the rear of your delivery note regarding the returns process. We provide a prepaid Special Delivery returns envelope on request. We’ll issue a replacement upon receipt of the damaged handset subject to stock availability and we’ll handle any issues with the delivery service.
We certainly do! You can have your order delivered anywhere in Europe. We do not ship to PO boxes, drop shipping services or any other virtual mailboxes.
