Warranty & Returns:
Used devices ship with a 14 day returns policy. To know how much warranty each item has please refer to the listing above in the "What's included" section. Please be aware that our products aren't guaranteed to have remaining manufacturer warranty although it's likely that the latest models will. We can't check specific models on request.
New devices come with the full manufacturer warranty.
Delivery:
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are shipped same day Via Royal Mail.
Delivery times vary for large orders and busy periods. However if an order is placed via express delivery before 2pm on the same day will be shipped for guaranteed delivery the following working day before 1pm.
Postage Costs:
Orders containing a single device type will be subject to the below subsidised postage costs. Orders containing multiple device types will be based on total weight and total value the postage cost will reflect this accordingly.
More than one device type will be subject to the highest price according to device type. Costs are per order not per device. Please contact us for information regarding postage cost for larger order.

Packaging:
Our Grades for New and A+ come with original boxes. The remaining grades A,B+, and B come in Generic Boxes and where possible may come in original boxes. Devices are fully protected during dispatch.
